SHREDDED OPS IS NOW AVAILABLE!

What do you get when you forget the so called “rules of bodybuilding”, dig deep to bring back more enthusiasm than you had in the beginning, and go through physical and mental warfare to turn something average into something incredible in 12 weeks?

You get Shredded Ops: building the extreme physique!

You see, I believe in practicing what I preach and despite what a lot of people may think, I actually can’t stand many bodybuilders and their bullshit lies.

I see some of the top dogs in the online fitness community with a hell of a lot of nerve lately to be posting shit like “7 steps to massive biceps” when the motherfucker talking about it is 140 lbs soaking wet and hasn’t changed a damn bit!

Why do people buy into this sort of shit?

It blows my mind now to see consumers who care more about the sales pitch than the actual product delivery!

It’s like saying, “Fuck the product, this guy talks an excellent game!”

SHREDDED OPS WORKS BECAUSE I’VE DONE IT

Shredded Ops ebook

Yea, imagine that?

A guy who actually walks into the gym and tries something new for himself, and soon realizes that it’s the best routine he’s ever done!

A guy who goes and takes a look in the mirror halfway through his workout and is so pumped up it’s hard to believe it’s the same body that walked into the gym 30 minutes ago!

A guy who lets the pain fuel his intensity to pump himself up more, and more, and more… and more!

A guy who needs to force himself to leave the gym because he’s actually HIGH from the endorphin release of the workouts!

A guy who says “Fuck all of these dumb rules” and does what starts producing RAPID RESULTS!

Well gentleman, THAT GUY IS MYSELF! I’m not here to pitch you a program that just sounds good.

I’m here to share the downright hell that I decided to battle through in order to change my body as rapidly as possible, and in order to make the gym fun again!

Yes, you see, I like being in the gym and testing myself. I like breaking mental barriers.

But I’m smart enough to know that if I could continually add weight to a bar then I’d be bench pressing houses by now!

So I had to find other ways to get more intensity into my workouts. And what I came up with were some things I hadn’t seen in anyone else’s routines.

AS GOD AS MY WITNESS, I AM OFFERING YOU A PROGRAM THAT I HAVE DONE. I AM NOT HERE TO SELL YOU BULLSHIT! THIS IS A TRIED AND TESTED ROUTINE THAT GAVE ME GREAT RESULTS!

HGH? Yea, I’ve done it before too

HARD WORK? THAT COMES BEFORE EVERYTHING!

SHREDDED OPS IS ABOUT HARD WORK, NOT BUILDING SOLELY A DRUG PHYSIQUE.

There is a difference between someone who includes a low to moderate level of performance enhancement behind HARD WORK AS #1, and then someone who just abuses shit and goes through the motions.

    • Carbs aren’t the enemy in my book, shit food is. But that is just my personal opinion and what works for me. You be your own best judge and if you’re continuously getting the desired results on that diet then keep going with it. Thanks for reading!! -JD

  1. Hey John, bought the book and wanted some clarification. On rear facing muscle and lower/ab days, am I also supposed to be doing pushups between sets? It doesn’t say to do them but I only see that explicitly mentioned on Day 7.

Also, I’m 5’7 and hover around 155-160. I look average/fit but got some fat on my stomach and thighs. Would following this program make me look too small? Looking good naked is great but with my short stature I’m afraid getting even leaner would make me look tiny in clothes.

Thank you and happy new year!

    • No, the program will make you grow if you consume calories. Diet specific this program is great for either, in your case you need to decide which you want, if getting larger is the goal then eat, eat ,eat -JD

  2. Hey John, did the first day and loved it.

Quick question, if i finish my pushups on the shoulder part of the workout should i just do 3-5 sets for the biceps portion then add more pushups for the next workout?

Or are we supposed to keep doing pushups with the exercises no matter what even if we hit the total?

    Thanks in advance

    • once you hit the total you’re finished with pushups for that day. So for example, lets say during the initial pushup test you can complete 40 pushups until you fail. This would equate to 200 pushups in your workout intermittently between other strength exercises such as resistance presses for chest, shoulders, biceps (on upper body muscles facing forward day) Usually I make it my goal to get 50% of my pushup total completed during the initial chest portion. So it may be 3 sets of resistance weighted exercise such as DB or incline machine or smith press, followed by the 3 sets of 40 pushups superestted with each weight exercise. Now I’m at 120 pushups total, over 50% of my 200 rep goal of pushups. By this point I;m pumped like a motherfucker. Next I go to another exercise such as deltoids, and continue a set of 40 pushups in between each deltoid exercise. Once I get to 200 pushups total I’m finished with pushups. Now, I might be moving onto biceps and there aren’t any more pushups since I’ve already completed the 200 rep pushup goal. So the pushups may or may not be throughout the entire workout, but I make sure I usually complete 50% of the total pushup reps with the other chest work before moving on. So this is the leniency of the routine here. It’s not necessarily set in stone, but thats the guidelines I use. What these pushuos do is pre-exhaust the deltoids and other muscle groups providing hellacious pump even before the other exercises and during. This sort of ties everything together since the pushups work to stimulate other muscle groups and further pump them all up!

Now, the next time I do the upper body/muscles facing forward day I will try to increase my pushups to say 250, at this point more sets are carried out to hit the 50% of my total pushup count before moving to other exercises outside of just chest. Some days I may still have say 100 pushups to go to complete the routine. I may pick an exercise without supersetting pushups and just do straight sets, then RETURN to pushups on the final exercise, sort of to give myself a little mental and physical break for a bit. Again, here lies a little bit of lieniency in the program. The bottom line is that you’re progressing in pushups weekly, or even twice weekly during the initial phase. You would be awfully surprised at how far you can go, say you start at 200 pushups total, bro you may be at 500 pushups by the end of the first 4 weeks without skipping a beat in resistance and weight used in other exercises. It will pump you up like a motherfucker, wait and see!! Your mind will become much stronger too. I hope this explains it better -JD

  3. Hi John

Did my first Shredded Ops workout yesterday and my chest was pumped! I can definitely see how this method works! Just got a quick question please. My shoulders, specifically my side and rear felts seem non existent, and I’m worried as I drop fat and look in better shape they’ll look out of proportion.

I know each phase focuses on Chest, Back and Legs, but is there anything you could suggest for me to do for my shoulders to put on a bit of size, whilst dropping fat? I’m currently on a 500 calorie deficit, on 300mg a week of Test E and 100mg of Anavar a day.

    Many thanks,
