What’s up guys? I’ve got another podcast for you, specifically on high reps for building muscle but I hit on a couple other topics that pertain to growth!
For years I listened to everyone else when it came to what to do for muscle growth. Sure, most mainstream workout advice works for most people… TO A POINT! But by that point most people fall off anyways, so it doesn’t really matter.
But what about the people who don’t fall off? Where do you go from there to keep achieving good progress?
