In true JDB, no-bullshit fashion, I'm here to talk about what really works and speak openly to you all.

I'm sick and tired of all of the nonsense and it's time someone told you what they REALLY DID.

This is the REAL PREWORKOUT REGIMEN PODCAST!

Personally I feel like the preworkout regimen shouldn't solely be focused on waking the fuck up.

It should be more of a cocktail that also covers nutrient transport, muscle volume during training, and basically feeling like someone would need to shoot your ass multiple times to stop you!

  2. What up JBD?? Been following you since about 2014. Purchased Becoming the Bull’; Plethora of knowledge regarding training and life. That book gave me the kickstart to buy my first house along with some other notable accomplishments. Quick question though… have a few questions regarding TRT. Are u still doing the consultation like you did in the past?? If so, could you let me know. Thanks.

    • yea, used to have an F-250 diesel myself, sold it back when diesel was hitting close to $5 a gallon, that 38 gallon fuel tank made me cringe. Thanks for the listen! -JD
