You have all the time to jerk off and eat cheesy puffs, you have the time to watch “your shows” on Netflix, but yet somehow millions upon millions of people just don’t have a free hour in their day to work out!
And truth be told, if you legitimately don’t have 1 hour of the day to yourself, then you’re doing something seriously wrong and your life sucks a dick!
