The true inspirational story of one man's quest for bottled water can be heard on this podcast!
Sometimes people want to be little bitches and they refuse to drink tap water, so you find yourself driving all over holy hell to look for a specific kind of water to shut them up!
But at the same time you try justifying acquiring the water for yourself, and how it may benefit you!
But at the end of the day what it all boils down to (no pun intended), is that I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK I'M DOING! I'm just a guy trying to make a great life through the gym and nutrition!
Enjoy the podcast. And for the ones who don't know about water, listen closely. Water can help you get stronger and healthier!
The sound program fucked up on me at the end so it ends a little abruptly, but you'll get the message.
TRAIN HARD…HYDRATE LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER! -JD
Funny mission! drinking a gal a day seems to be going ok – does going to the bathroom every 10 minutes ever let up? Ready to start carrying a second jug with me just to pee in man – seriously cant go more than a half hour…either way I feel the difference it makes so frequent trips to the restroom seems like a small price to pay for the added benefits.
thanks man – good info and good laughs
The constant pissing gets a tad better once you’re fully flushed out
Good fucking shit as always!!
Absolutely pissing my pants! Great way to convey a message..
Thanks man
FOOKIN’ WATER MAN!! LOL, thanks for the listen -JD
Honestly, if you ever start making these to sound “professional” and perfectly orchestrated, I’ll quit listening. I look forward to these every week. “It’s Wednesday already? I haven’t listened to JD’s podcast yet…”
thanks man, hahahaa- JD
Id recommend adding iodized salt to all ur water also. Particularly if ur a very big dude…or an excessive sweater. Or both.
Pink hymalain salt is good too, contains more trace minerals than regular salt. Here’s a little something I used to do preworkout , I would mix 1/2 – 1 teaspoon in with a preworkout drink and it would give me a hell of a pump during a workout!!! But yes, salt , great point rt there and thanks for the input to the podcast article -JD
