After seeing some of the drastic changes from Operation Shredded 2017 I have decided to host a fall competition.
Announcing the JDB Fall Physique Transformation Contest sponsored by Red Supplements and Proven Peptides.
I only want people who are dedicated to doing it. I'm not here to tell you it's easy, sympathize with you because you can't quit eating bullshit, or work as a psychologist.
If your life sucks then in my opinion you either deal with it or make the changes. There are no gray areas!!
Do you know how many people make money from selling you gray area bullshit nowadays? Not me, it's pretty cut and dry here!!
I DO NOT WANT QUITTERS. Please don't waste your time or mine if you're a pansy who just quits everything.
Ok, so here is the deal….
This online physique transformation competition will begin on October 16th, 2017 and run for 8 weeks like Operation Shredded.
Why only 8 weeks? Because I know it's easier to stay committed for a hard 8 weeks than a half-ass 12 weeks.
If you have 8 weeks to try and win something then you need to make every single day count!! So intensity is the reason this competition isn't your standard 90 day walk in the park.
JUDGING IS BASED ON VISUAL CHANGES!!
If you're overweight and drop a bunch of fat then you have a shot at winning. If you're skinny as a twig and pack on muscle mass then you have a shot at winning.
This is strictly based on visual effects, not building or cutting. But I'll help guide you with where I think you need to go and I'll be realistic with you. I'm not here to sell you a pipe dream.
A couple guys from Operation shredded lost over 25 lbs of fat in 8 weeks, think of what they could do with their bodies in 1 year?

Well I'm extremely open minded and receptive to feedback, I'm not the type of person who you hire as a formality just to make you feel better.
Don't come to me telling me how to train you. I don't bend just to make you feel better about an approach that obviously hasn't worked for you.
What I'm going to lay out for you isn't comfortable. I repeat…WHAT I'M GOING TO LAY OUT FOR YOU ISN'T COMFORTABLE!! IT'S A LITTLE MORE LIKE ALL-OUT WAR!!
Do you want to win or do you want to just go through the motions? I don't train people to lose.

You're grown up here, you'll have deadlines and it's up to you to submit photos to me. I'm not your mommy and I'm not going to remind you it's photo time over and over again.
This should mean enough to you that your photos are ready and emailed to me as requested by the photo submission schedule outline.
If you can set your alarm clock for work, pick kids up from school or daycare, or whatever else is time pressing, then you should be able to do this as well. If you cannot at least do this then DO NOT SIGN UP!!

I could give a damn how hard you think this is, it's hard for everyone!! I'd rather have 10 warriors with teeth ready to chomp at the bit than 50 wimps who half ass everything they do!!
COMPETITION RULES AND GUIDELINES
1.) Registration is from now until October 15th.
The competition begins on Monday October 16th, 2017 and will end on Monday December 11th, 2017. Keep in mind, the earlier you register the more time I'll have to put everything into your routine and diet and have it to you ahead of time. This way you can be better prepared for grocery shopping and scheduling your workouts and meal prep!!
2.) I give a 3 day grace period for photo submission.
So you can submit progress photos 3 days ahead of schedule or 3 days behind submission date. The reason I do this is because I understand that some people travel and have intense work demands. I want to make this realistic, so I think a 3 day grace period is pretty fair.
I will require 3 photos for each photo submission. One pic from the front, one from the side, and one from the back. You should wear boxers, shorts, or boxer briefs for these photos.
***YOU NEED TO BE HOLDING A NEWSPAPER WITH THAT DAYS DATE ON IT IN AT LEAST YOUR FRONTAL PHOTO!! THIS IS FOR EVERY PHOTO SUBMISSION!! NO NEWSPAPER= DOESN'T COUNT!!
I've been somewhat lenient on this in the past due to my fault for not catching it and not wanting to disqualify anyone for something I missed (and the photos were all believable) but from this point forward it's your responsibility to be holding a newspaper in at least the front photo on every submission!!
3.) Skype or phone contact is on an “as needed basis.”
This means that I'm here for you every step of the way. This does not mean that I'm your “phone a friend” because you're bored at midnight every night. However, I do understand that some are more knowledgeable than others while some need more assistance. Listen, I'm here to train you to win, so if you don't understand something or need clarification then by all means I'm here for you. I'm usually very quick to respond to questions. I'm not going to limit contact by any specific parameters, it'll be as needed to help you succeed!!
4.) You DO NOT need to use anything outside of a good diet in order to partake in this competition.
While SOME past competitors used supplements, SARMS, and were under testosterone replacement therapy through their doctor, MOST OF MY TRAINEES do not use these things and still get amazing results!! That is 100% up to you. However, I will provide advice on nutrition supplementation if you choose to go down that road.
Initial 3 photos w/ newspaper- needed by October 16th!!
2nd photo submission- Due date is on November 13th (you can submit as early as November 10th and as late as November 16th per 3 day grace period. I NEED THESE PHOTOS BY THE 16TH AT THE LATEST!! (Again, front shot, side, back shot, holding newspaper in at least the front shot!!)
3rd and final photo submission- Due on December 11th, 2017 (can submit as early as December 8th and as late as December 14th. I NEED THESE 3 PHOTOS BY DECEMBER 14TH AT THE LATEST!! (Again, front shot, side shot, back shot, newspaper in at least the front shot!!)

If you have ever been interested in the intense process of drastically changing your body and are up for a real challenge then you can't go wrong training under me during this competition.
This will be a process very similar to how I'd train anyone who was preparing for a competition to get onstage. It's going to be intense, and while I can't promise you'll be strong enough to stick to it, I can promise you that if you do stick to it then you'll look a lot different in as little as 8 weeks time.
I'm not here to sell you gimmicks or lies. I'm telling you right up front this won't be comfortable if you're in it to win it!!
So you can sit on the couch all fall and watch other athletes on television doing something OR YOU CAN BE THE ONE DOING SOMETHING!!
Where are my JDB warriors and disciples at? If you want it then I got your back!! You can hire a trainer or you can hire a transformer. I'm a transformer. I'm not going to tell you what sounds good, I'm going to lay out what truly works to get your best physique!!

After signing up you will be required to fill out a brief questionnaire so I can familiarize myself with what type of person I'm working with.
***Within 24-48 hrs of signing up you'll receive contact from me and I'll get familiar with where you're at and how we will go about executing the battle plan!!
