Roughly two years ago, I found this site as I had questions on TRT that needed some answers. I decided to stop using opioids as a crutch and rebuild my life through body building. You are the source that lit the fire to transform myself from a fat fuck that everyone hated to a ripped 190 lbs confident man that people actually like to be around. I haven’t missed a week since then to do some form of exercise. Thanks again for the influence you’ve had on my life. Hope this podcast reaches others and does the same thing.
I’m currently going thru a crisis of stagnation and the shot to the self esteem of being put in a situation of powerlessness and possibly doing something I don’t want to do but being forced to be patient and wait it out….I’m back in the gym and it’s allowing me to escape and get my mind right.
