You ever get random people correcting your reps in the gym? Trying to squeeze out some last reps and some goon appears telling you how to do proper form. I thought they’re trying to make conversation or a friend. Nope. Just people who can’t focus on their own workout.
When I’m putting everything I have left into the workout, the last sets aren’t going to look pretty.
