Anyways, the other day I was thinking about how with training in the gym and nutrition it is like this little list of check boxes that we are either checking off or skipping.
It’s real simple. When you check all the boxes you start looking amazing. When you miss those check-boxes you turn into a pile of shit! Real simple right?
