  1. Hello John. Have you ever heard of the Anabolic Matrix? Like a beginner bulking cycle would be Test Enanth, YK-11, MK-677 all together for 8- 12 weeks. Hopefully you will put together cycles that are steroid, sarm, peptide combos which are the best for permanent gains!

  2. Question or podcast topic, what’s wrong with 3 bigger meals a day, breakfast lunch dinner, and maybe a post workout shake, especially for people who like bigger portions? Why the need for 5 and 6?

    • There is not anything wrong with it, smaller meals just tend to help people avoid overeating. But schedule permitting, some may have to keep it more realistic
