Hi JD, what would you recommend as the minimum dosage for a recomp? I hear you speak of 600 to 700 MG per week. I don’t mind injecting, but I can only get 100mg/ml and doing 6 to 7 ml of primo a week, plus 200 to 300 mg of test (I’m like you, I like low dosage test, works wonders) is just a lot. Would 300 to 400 suffice for a recomp of lets say 12 to 20 weeks? Or would you say that is not worth it?
I’ve found with primobolan it’s all about how tight you are dieting with a dose of 300-400mg/wk. If you can eat clean and not over-eat then you’ll see much better results. Someone eating badly would see very little if anything though. Just my .02, thanks for following! -JD
