I recently received an email from a listener that wanted my opinion on a couple different ways to work out as well as intuitive eating versus regimented eating patterns. That is, learning your macros and knowing what your body needs in a more unregimented and instinctive manner, versus weighing your foods and eating every few hours.
Well, I feel like there are positives and negatives with both topics, depending on who you are and where you’re at with your gym experience and development. Listen to the podcast to get my take on these topics.
