Hey guys, I hope you’ve all been doing well. As I was thinking about the changes in my own bodybuilding journey over the years, I thought about ways I had to make changes to improve even more, and certain changes that I’ve made over the years and how they’re not always the same changes everyone else talks about.
You have to find ways to keep going with the gym and with the diet, tomorrow’s 100% in the gym may be different than today’s 100%, not necessarily easier, but structured different. Learning to provide smart but challenging structure to your own workouts is vital for success and consistency in your workouts and healthy lifestyle!
