Chaos, The Unknown, and Shredded Ops 2!

Hey everyone, I hope you've all been well!

I went to do a podcast the other day and my laptop wouldn't turn on. I was extremely pissed off to say the least.

I have been wanting a better device anyways but this pushed me past the point of waiting any longer and I drove straight to the store and ordered a new one!

I was so pissed off over the thought of having to wait to release anything to you guys, so I pulled the guts out of this piece of shit and fixed it in order to bring you material this week!

Fuck waiting around, I'm the type of person that is going to do what he can to keep this show going because it's important to me and it's important to my readers/listeners!

I began to think about how doing whatever I could with any means necessary is what brought my bodybuilding all together as well as other areas of my life.

Things aren't always nice and neat and complete for us all from the beginning. We must adapt and keep going any way necessary.

So I got out the screwdriver and pulled open this piece of shit while listening to the latest thrash metal album from Overkill. It's fixed for now!

I shed a little light on Shredded Ops 2 and what it's going to include when it releases.

Shredded Ops is definitely changing lives and I continue with that same intensity in Shredded Ops 2.

Thanks for reading and listening. -JD

  1. I was dying at the Met-Rx bar part, I used to crush those fucking bars when I was like 16, thinking I was going to be a monster. A few years later I was horrified when I actually read the label. I used to also suck down their meal replacements that came in the packets. Amazing how much supplements have evolved in 10 to 15 years. Great podcast. I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

  2. I immediately thought “Met-RX bars…sugared sawdust…”

And I now have a new saying “Broken bottles of Primo happen…” it will be fun to see if anyone knows what I’m talking about.
