Bodybuilding to Feel Good About Your Life

Hey guys,

I hope you’ve been killing it in the gym and working hard towards your goals! As my own training changes and I grow in life, I feel like there is information that would be important to share with you all when it comes to getting the most out of your training as it permeates into your life outside of the gym.

I’m definitely a slave to the grind, as probably a lot of you are as well. Bodybuilding is something I’ll always do and it’s my main squeeze, but I feel like there are some people out there that let it take them over completely, to the point where there is no enjoyment in life at all. At that point, it’s important to ask yourself why you’re doing it in the first place.

There can come a point where you’re no longer comfortable in your own skin, despite how much you transform and how hard you work. When it gets to this point, it’s time for a reality check. Don’t stop enjoying life and do not let the gym convince you that no matter how hard you work, it’s never enough to at least be proud of your accomplishments!
