In this podcast I talk about a couple of my personal flaws. It's important to work on your weak points in all aspects of your life, not just in the gym. But sometimes in order to accomplish this you need to use the gym as a reference and foundation to build from rather than let it hinder other areas in life.
Sometimes brutally intense bodybuilding programs like Shredded Ops and Let the Blood Spill can provide fantastic results, but it's important to know when you need to back off sometimes also. As always, thanks for listening!
