Easy. I actually care about your success! You see, not everyone gets the same cookie cutter recipe when they train with me. I actually take the time to develop a routine and diet that fits your needs and is realistic with your schedule, so there is no reason you cannot do it!

When training with John Doe Bodybuilding, the process begins with you signing on and then providing basic information that paints me a picture of who you are and what your days look like.

From this point we then do a meet-and-greet and I actually speak to you 1-on-1 (phone call or message app service). This way there is simply no confusion when it comes to any of the diet or training methods and I make sure you have absolutely everything you need!

For those of you on the fence, I can personally vouch for literally everything JD talks about in this post, There are so few offers in this world that live up to the promise, but this is for real. I trained with him last spring for his competition and we spent a good 30 min – 1 hour on the phone trying to understand where I’m at and how to set up a diet and training plan for me to win. He answered my messages throughout the competition, helped me assess my progress and adjust my plan so that I had the best chance at winning. A year later, he still answers my occasional questions and keeps in touch. If you’re not serious about making progress, don’t waste your time or money. But if you are serious, it’s worth every penny. He can get you where you want to go if you’re ready to go there. JD has no idea I’m making this comment and I’m certainly not getting paid for this endorsement, I just had to hop on here and make this comment when I saw his email come through.

  2. I have followed JD, bought his books and listened to him, I have also trained with the best including Olympia winners. The greatest body builders. His prices are fair and he is the real deal.

    Why have hope?

    I am the BOTTOM half a percent. Bad genetics, one leg shorter than the other, can’t even be a water boy on a foot ball team, can’t catch a ball and I walk like a duck.

    After tearing my back was in a wheel chair for 2 years.

    1. 394lbs size 58 pants. 54% body fat,
    2. Cancer stage 4
    3. 7 surgeries for shoulder, leg, back, distal bicep

    Now I am 165 lbs 9% bf size 30 pants.
    I got a neck injury so haven’t worked out in 2 months. Trying to get back to it Monday!

    The Odds Are Against Us, but you can be Unstoppable by having an amazing trainer like JD and being Extraordinary!

    PS- He doesn’t know who I am & I doubt he cares. Nonetheless if someone is giving out great knowledge & support I will support.

    Now make no mistake I do live with chronic pain & I am in pain daily but I live for those who died and wanted to live! So I am grateful!

  3. A little backstory of myself… i have previously done steak and eggs about 2 years ago with Red Burner. I went from 180 to 135 in two months. I got pregnant gained my weight back plus some.

    Fast forward 1 year and now I’ve been on the steak and eggs diet for a little over 1 month now. I went from 200 to 170 and plateaud after that. I reassessed my diet and saw that i was in fact consuming carbs and sugar from food i was unaware of.

    I cut those foods out and introduced Red Burner into the equation and i lost another 11 lbs from the 170 to put me at 159 now.

    It has been a week since my last weigh in and i haven’t lost but one pound. I am doing the same workout and diet since the beginning but haven’t lost any more weight.

    I do a circuit training program that consists of jumping jacks, knee highs, burpees, and jump rope split into 5 sets twice a day. This takes roughly 20 minutes complete. It is still cold where i live so i haven’t had the chance to workout outside and sweat to get in a better workout. Sorry this is alot of information but i just really can’t find out whats causing the plateau again.

    • Remember, what works diet-wise doesn’t always work all the time. It may be time for a change in diet. It’s impossible to eat the same thing and the same way exclusively and continue getting results looks-wise.
