This is not a cookie-cutter diet and training plan. I will be communicating with you before starting and during the competition to design the initial plan and make changes if necessary.
I train everybody to win, no exceptions! My workout and diet programs are not easy; I'm not a sympathy trainer or a shoulder to cry on when things get difficult!
Prizes:
The biggest reward is in the process of the transformation you make and what you walk around with, but in addition I'll also be selected 5 participants and sending them engraved swords.
Competition Structure:
This competition will be judged on body recomp/fat-loss.
This is not a bulking competition. However, muscular development within the transformation will be judged as well.
Competition Schedule (October 12th – December 29th):
October 10: Final day of signups
October 10 – 12: Initial photo submissions due
October 12: The competition is officially underway!
December 29: The competition ends.
December 29 – January 1st: Final photo submissions due
Photo Submission Guidelines:
I require 3 photos per submission:
- One facing the front with a newspaper in hand with that days date for proof
- One from the side
- One photo from the back
You can hang the paper up behind you if you want to, but the date needs to be seen for proof of physical condition in all 3 photos!
No nudes. I don't want to see that.
