I want periodic photos at the end of week 2, 4, 6, and 8. So every 2 weeks I will require 3 photos showing your upper and lower body (no nudes please!!) These photos will be a front shot holding a newspaper with that days date on it, a side shot, and a back shot.
For the final set of photos at the end of week 8, I will require one additional photo of you wearing dress clothes. This can be a suit and tie, khaki pants with a shirt and tie, or simply dress pants with a polo shirt. Anything from business casual to professional is fine. I want these photos for a couple of reasons:
A. I want you to see how much you've changed your appearance to what you'd show the public if you were dressed to match your new physique!!
B. I want to see how you look wearing something other than boxers, since all I'm going to be looking at for 8 weeks are photos of you wearing underwear or boxers!!
Photo check-in #1- July 21st- July 27th
Photo check in #2- August 4th – August 10th
Photo check-in #3- August 18th- August 24th
Final photo check-in #4- September 1st- September 7th
THERE WILL BE A 3 DAY (EARLY/LATE) GRACE PERIOD FOR SUBMITTING PHOTOS
1ST PLACE - Additional 12 weeks of training with me at no charge, custom engraved sword sent to you in the mail
2ND PLACE - Additional 8 weeks of training with me at no charge, custom engraved sword sent to you in the mail
3RD Place - Additional 4 weeks of training with me at no charge, custom engraved sword sent to you in the mail
(PLACINGS WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON WHO HAS MADE THE MOST VISUAL CHANGES DURING THE 8 WEEK COMPETITION. MUSCLE MASS WILL NOT HURT YOU, BUT ULTIMATELY I'M LOOKING FOR PROGRESS IN TERMS OF FAT LOSS AND MUSCLE DEFINITION)
