But lets face it, people are going to do what they're going to do regardless so JUST MAYBE this article can help build some ripped and pumped up muscles!!

Okay, it's time to spill the beans on something that can get you some crazy results. Everywhere you look people are advising against insulin usage when trying to lose body fat.
But what if there was a way to take advantage of insulin to promote muscle volume while dropping insane amounts of body fat at the same time? Well, there is, and I'm going to share with you my exact protocol.
It's better for your workout to take place earlier in the day while using this protocol.
The reason why is because we want most of the insulin out of your system by the time late day hits so you can adjust carbs downward and start adding in healthy fats without the insulin promoting fat storage (with fats present in an open window of insulin peak and presence, it's harder to lose body fat!!)
Before doing this, buy a glucometer and learn how to use it!!
You can buy them at places like Wal-mart now, as well as glucose testing strips. Do yourself a favor and purchase one and use it!!
You will need to follow this protocol EXACTLY as laid out!!!
This is exactly what I'm doing right now and it's working well. I HAVE GAINED 5 LBS IN 1 WEEK AND I'M LEANER!!
#1) Humalog and Metformin
I will hit 5-6 iu's of Humalog and 1,000 mg of Metformin exactly 1 hour prior to the gym. Right after taking my insulin, I will consume 2 packets of flavored Quaker instant oatmeal and 12 egg whites w/ salsa.
I will then pop the majority of my supplements for the day.
My supplement list includes Anabolic Trinity from Hard Rock Supplements, Alpha Lean-7 also from Hard Rock Supplements, and Joyful Joints by Vital Labs (this shit rocks, didn't even notice joint pain on Winstrol when using it, it's better than even Deca Durabolin for my joints, put that on my kid's life!!)
The beauty I've found with Anabolic Trinity is you just consume the day's dose at one time (4 capsules), and with Alpha-Lean I will take 1 more capsule mid-afternoon.
#3) Pre-Workout Formula and Gatorade
I will then pour some Gatorade into a 20 oz shaker cup and mix in 2 scoops of Muscle-Tech Myobuild 4x with my Gatorade.
I drink 1 serving of Wild Thing Pre-Workout Formula sometimes 30 minutes before the gym. I will begin sipping my Gatorade/BCAA mix on my way to the gym and finish it about halfway into my workout.
This is crucial because the sugar from Gatorade is needed to offset the blood sugar drop from training.
You see, when you're doing this protocol you can no longer go by the rule of 10 grams of carbs per 1 unit of insulin. Because you'll be working out and lowering blood glucose, the additional sugar from the 20 oz of Gatorade is used to:
A. Help shuttle nutrients and aminos to the muscles during your workout
B. Prevent any sort of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) by bumping up simple sugars about 30-40 grams higher than with normal insulin protocol
There are similar regimens that recommend the intake of a protein shake/dextrose mix during the workout, but I think that's hyped out and personally don't want to put a protein shake in my stomach while trying to train.
So I use Gatorade and it works just fine.
Okay, now when I talked about my pre-workout meal consisting of flavored instant oatmeal, there's a reason for this.
It's pretty much a time released way of consuming carbs because you have the oats which are more complex but the added sugar for flavor making the carb source faster acting as well. Instant oatmeal is the perfect pre-workout carbohydrate!!
Then when we put down the Gatorade mixed with aminos on top of that, we are making sure adequate carbohydrate intake is consumed within the 1 hour of insulin peak from Humalog or Nolvalog.
#4) Gym time
You will arrive to the gym 1 hour after your insulin shot. Keep training limited to about 60-90 minutes max. Save your cardio for later in the evening!!
#5) Post workout meal
After training you will consume your post workout meal, which doesn't HAVE TO BE PROTEIN POWDER!!
Personally mine is usually a steak and 8-10 oz of yams (along with another 1,000 mg of Metformin as I like to keep the Metformin and insulin to around workout time.)
#6) Blood sugar
90 minutes after your post workout meal it'd be a wise idea to check your blood sugar with your monitor.
If you're under 70 mg/dL, consume another 8-10 oz of yams and 2 scoops of whey isolate.
If your blood sugar is above 70 mg/dL, then consume the next meal 2 hours later.
#7) Decrease carb intake
At this point it should be late morning/early afternoon and carbs will gradually get cut off.
Your next few meals should be mostly meats/vegetables/healthy fats.
You may eat 6 meals a day or more, personally I only eat 5 meals most days. So my first 2 meals of the day are carb meals based solely around workout time, then the next 3 meals are meats/vegetables/healthy fats.
Perform your cardio in the evening when the insulin has totally cleared your system and you risk no hypoglycemia since carbs were tapered down.
I personally perform cardio 5 times/week at 30 minutes per session right now.
#9) Use this protocol on training days only if you're trying to shred up
I would use this for 6-8 weeks at a time and I see absolutely no fucking reason to go beyond 5-6 units a day!!!
All you want here is a nutrient transporter and anti-catabolic agent to promote a more anabolic environment in a state of caloric deficit.
Think of insulin as the school bus. Without the school bus, the kids have trouble getting to school.
This school bus promotes rapid nutrient transport while volumizing muscles at the same time as you work out, promoting a much more volumized and pumped look that you wouldn't have otherwise!!!
****HUMULIN-R ON THIS PROTOCAL****
In a perfect world you would want to use Nolvalog or Humalog for this protocol. HOWEVER, Humulin-R can also be used.
I mention Humulin-R because in most places it's over the counter, cheap to purchase, and you need no prescription. So some may have trouble acquiring rapid insulins like Humalog or Nolvalog, but they can still get Humulin-R.
Okay, here are the slight modifications if using Humulin-R…
Because Humulin-R has a 2-3 hour peak rather than the 1 hour peak with rapid insulins like Nolvalog and Humalog, I recommend consuming a simpler sugar directly after the workout such as dextrose (you can buy dextrose online or check locally, I'd use 60 grams of it mixed in with 40-60 gram of whey isolate).
I would consume a protein shake here rather than whole food since the insulin will be peaking right AFTER YOUR WORKOUT, and most likely not during the workout. It's okay as you can still reap the benefits of insulin presence during the lift and utilize the peak time during post workout recovery.
1 hour after your dextrose/protein shake you need to be eating a whole food meal consisting of meat and a whole carb source such 8-10 oz of yams.
It'd be a wise idea to check your glucose level with your monitor 90-120 minutes after this meal. If you're under 70 mg/dL on your blood sugar then you'll need another carb source at that time.
After the couple meals following your Humulin-R shot, you will drop carbs and switch over to meats/vegetables/healthy fats.
Later that evening you will perform 30 minutes of cardio for 5 times/week.
GYM TIME IS CRITICAL
We are not spending 3 hours in the fucking gym when using this protocol!!
I'm telling you 60-90 minutes MAX based on when the insulin peaks and the duration of insulin in your system.
You may find that Humulin-R almost feels like it peaks twice, and this is why it's critical to consume simple sugars again post workout.
With Humalog/Nolvalog, the insulin has peaked during the training session and begins to taper out of the body shortly after post workout feeding.
HOW I DISCOVERED THIS
I had to find ways to continue to look jacked and get shredded while having to use insulin and restrict daily carb intake overall. It's pretty amazing what you're body will adjust to because I can now look incredible on much less carbs than I used to take in, and I look leaner all year.
I also look much more pumped up and vascular. When used properly, insulin doesn't make you fat; it will give you garden hose veins and a pumped look beyond what anything else can promote.
As far as any sort of “gut” from insulin, that is bullshit. The gut comes from HGH/IGF-1 abuse AND the combination of insulin.
But insulin by itself promoting a distended stomach and intestinal growth?
Fuck no, and even if it did all we are using is 5-6 units a day.
Stick with the protocol and stay with 5-6 units a day. There is no reason to go outside of this, all you need is a pre-workout cocktail to promote pump and nutrient transport.
If you don't know what 5-6 units looks like on an insulin pin then you have no business messing with this!!
5 units on an insulin pin is 5 tiny little clicks or lines. You don't fill to the same 5 unit mark as you would with HGH AND DO NOT FILL TO 5 CC'S LIKE A STEROID SHOT, YOU WILL DIE!!!
Improper insulin usage can cause death!!!
Know the symptoms of hypoglycemia, which include: extreme hunger, irritability, feeling sweaty, confusion, clammy hands, feeling hot, disoriented, shaky, and possible disruption of motor functions such as walking straight or talking right.
If someone is talking out of their head, then you better dump some sugar in them quick, like a soda, orange juice, whatever.
If they're unconscious, then you won't get sugar in them and you better call an ambulance because they'll need an IV.
Don't lie about anything, tell them the person took insulin and when they come out of it, then have them eat some real food.
I'm also going to tell you something most people won't: just ketosis alone will drop your sugar into the 50's, and guys on keto diets walk around like that.
So if your blood sugar drops below 70 then know you're not going to die or anything, just make sure you are eating carbs as soon as you can get them.
Normal blood glucose ranges from 80-100 on a meter. If you're using HGH it may read higher as HGH affects this to some degree.
What you will need:
Nolvalog/Humalog, or Humulin-R (pens or vials are fine)
Metformin tabs if you can get them
Anabolic Trinity by Hard Rock Supplements – 2 bottles for an 8 week run (combination of 25 mg Ostarine, 300 mg Epiandro, and 100 mg Laxogenin)
Joyful Joints (dieting promotes dryer joints alone so I use this one) – 1 bottle
Wild Thing Pre-Workout Formula – 1 bottle
Alpha Lean-7 by Hard Rock Supplements – 1 bottle
Myobuild 4x by Muscletech – 1 bottle for now
Economy size Gatorade can from Sam's Club or Costco and a 20 oz shaker cup
As I said guys, I am up 5 lbs in 1 week doing this protocol and I'm leaner and more pumped. I'm going at this for 60 days on nothing but TRT, the supplements I've listed, and dieting and cardio.
We'll see what I end up with when it's all said and done.
My prediction is the promoted nutrient transport and anabolism alone from the SARMS and pre-workout insulin protocol is going to have me looking pretty damn good in the next 60 days. Especially when combined with the dieting and cardio!!!
