A couple months ago, I was on the phone with a friend of mine. He's 43 and wants to know how to continue making progress with his bodybuilding and nutrition by setting new goals and using new approaches.
I've often wondered this myself. When you're new to training everything seems clear. You go to the gym, train, build up strength, and your confidence grows.
But what about the guy who has been there and done that and reached a plateau? Or the middle aged guy who doesn't know anything about hormones, training and nutrition?
There is a huge area of physique enhancement that isn't being talked about and a need for more information about this.
That's why I decided to write “The John Doe Bodybuilding Bible: Ultimate Physique Transformation”.
Let's be honest. People love to put out what sounds good. They write about workouts and diets but never get into the gray areas of bodybuilding and nutrition. Everything is pretty much “Do this. Do that.”
The problem is, what truly works isn't being talked about.
It's difficult to talk about what actually works in an article because there's a big difference between writing about it and the actual mindset of a bodybuilder.
I talk about the bodybuilder mentality and the nitty-gritty of training, hormones, and dieting so that the person who reads it can understand exactly what it takes to build an incredible body and stay healthy.
I want the middle aged guy who knows nothing about testosterone replacement to know how to read his own blood work and the right questions to ask his doctor.
I want the person who doesn't want to load up on steroids to know what doses to use to make progress and what compounds to run alongside his testosterone replacement without the health risks of “pushing the edge.”
I've released 2 books. “Becoming The Bull” covers the basics of bodybuilding, the natural progression of building a strong foundation, and touches on advanced principles of bodybuilding.
It also talks about some of the personal challenges I went through in my life and development.
Then I released “Straight from the Underground” which was about steroids and cycling. It was based on my personal experience and busts a lot of myths about dosing, cycle stacks, and performance enhancers.
It's a first hand look at a bodybuilder's personal experience with chemicals and not just an overview of steroids with the same recommendations that you read about everywhere else.
But what was missing was a book for the guy who has been there and done that and needs a new approach to bodybuilding and nutrition to stay motivated.
A book that covers advanced dieting, training, and performance enhancement and explains the mentality of a bodybuilder in a way that teaches new ways of thinking.
I'm tired of these youtube videos that show the latest “workout trends” or fad diets. Especially those videos that are more for shock value than giving helpful information.
Don't believe it when you hear about these guys who always train heavy and do ridiculous workouts that nobody's nervous system could recover from.
I want you to know the truth about bodybuilding. Not the lies and bullshit that the producers assume you'll follow because you don't know any better.
I want the guy who is over 30 to know more about hormones, what to look for when he gets his blood work back and when to push the envelope and when to back off.
I know the site has been slow with articles lately, but I'm very hard at work on a new book that is unlike anything else.
With this book, you're going to get a first hand look into my mind and the journey I took with bodybuilding and nutrition.
You're going to get journal excerpts that explain where my mind is when I'm in the gym, in the kitchen, and when I'm out.
It will be a guide for those with everyday jobs and responsibilities besides just working out at the gym.
“The John Doe Bodybuilding Bible: Ultimate Physique Transformation” is on it's way!
This will be the best bodybuilding book of 2017 and the #1 resource for advanced training, diet, and performance enhancement strategies for guys who are in the game for the long haul.
Consider the words of John Rambo: “Nothing is over….you just don't turn it off!!!”
It's coming soon my friends.
